Privacy policy

• Shipping Policy:
If the buyer holds shipment from their side due to some reasons and after that, the shipping courier does not resume dispatch the parcel timely or may lose or damaged we're not responsible for that because we've already gone through the process and share tracking number so that buyer can track easily on daily basis.
In this case, the receiver has to resolve this by contacting the shipping courier, whichever we use.
We prefer to confirm the shipping address prior to shipping, and after shipment, if the buyer wants to change the address we cannot guarantee to do that.
In some cases, we can do that as well for more contact us.

• Condition:
The product should be in new condition and damaged/ worn-out products will not be accepted under the Easy Returns and Exchange Policy.
If you're making a purchase during any offer (Discount/Coupon), it will not be counted in under the Easy Returns and Exchange Policy.

• Returns are processed within 7-14 Business Days
Please send me images of an item, pack the items in the original box and please confirm with us before shipping the parcel. All the return items should be covered by the return policy conditions which we have sent you in the chatbox.
If you return a package without informing us, in that case, the buyer will totally be responsible for it. The buyer is only responsible for return shipping costs. But In some cases, we provide you a return charge, for further please contact us before shipping the item back.
If you found any issue after 30 days from the delivery date are only eligible for the repair. Return is not accepted after the policy time-frame. Please contact us for more. In some cases, we offer you an exchange service as well.
If we agreed to a refund, we will refund the amount up to 72 hours as per confirmation after getting the return parcel. If we found any damage or issue in the returned product, the buyer is only responsible for the loss of any value.

• For Custom order:
Items that have been customized designs or pieces with personalized engraving cannot be returned or exchanged, but if you really need to upgrade or repair then it would be possible here, please contact us immediately via ChatBox, WhatsApp, Email or Call.
If you’re purchasing a listed item from our store and even customize minor changes (Ex. Ring size, Engraving), that order is also included in the custom order.

• Special Warranty & Repair Service:
To ensure you are confident about your purchase, we have Repair Service, which gives you enough time to be in no doubt that you have made the right decision of buying jewelry from Golden Bird Jewels Should you have any problem with the jewelry piece, you can choose to repair it or exchange within the policy time frame.
Our repair service can be done anytime with a Paid repair service.
We will offer you a full warranty for the entire 60 days after purchasing the jewelry from my store.
If your jewelry is outside the 60 days timeframe, we can still service your jewelry with our Limited Lifetime Service Policy.
The repair could take up to time (based on the issue) from the date we receive your returned item(s).
If your purchased item(s) shows any signs of defect or concerns that you want to resolve, then please contact us immediately via ChatBox, WhatsApp, Email or Call.

• For custom order listing:
If you would like to customize any jewelry from my shop, I can happily able to do that but if you want to keep your design private and don't want to publish anywhere (even through our social media) please let us know while placing an order. As it may charge you extra for reserved design. because in major cases we would like to show our custom work with our community, However, it shows my best craftsmanship when it comes to specially made-to-order pieces.

• Semi-mount ring specification:
This item will be customized to fit any center stone size and shape. Please specify while placing an order.
The measurements of your stone (in mm); also share photos of the stone in Chatbox.
Stone shape; Princess, Round, Emerald, Cushion, Long Cushion, Heart, Radiant, Marquise, Pear, and more

I will give you a complete Finish Product, You have to do is set your own main stone.
I'd like to share final setting photos with you (before shipment) so that you can be sure about your purchase.
Once the setting will be delivered and in case, if there is a problem while set the main stone, For that we are not responsible for it however we made it as per your requirement.
